New research suggests many people –especially athletes and those following paleo, keto, or low-carb diets– are actually under-salted. As athletes, we may already have proper hydration on our radar and most of us know that to stay properly hydrated, plain H2O just won’t cut it.

How to use LMNT:
LMNT electrolyte mixes are easy to use, just drop a pack of your favorite flavor in your water bottle, shake and drink. They mix easily and won't get clumpy. You can adjust the flavor or saltiness concentration by adding more or less water to your preference. Drink one at the beginning of your workout and rehydrate with another pack postworkout.
