Sit Back and Relax
This is it! All that’s left is to break open that book, turn on the TV, and chill out. The boots will begin to fill, from the bottom up, in a staged process. They work the compression up from your feet to your upper thighs to facilitate blood flow and massage your tired legs. Depending on your preference, they’ll begin at a lower pressure and fill up to higher pneumatic compression. Then, they decompress and restart the cycle until your allotted time is up.
